OEM Assistance for Technicians
OEM Technical Assistance requires a photo of the Triad model, and/or a video file upload for an visual and/or audible inspection in order to identify the support request. Triad Technical Assistants will research inquiry related to the the vehicle owner's account and reply to the technician directly by email with details.
For your convenience, before submitting the request, please be sure to have your customer provide you with the spare parts, User Manual and Troubleshooting Guide we provided them at the time of order.
